1.1. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or damaged.
• The wrong item was sent.

2.2. Before opening the package, we strongly recommend taking clear pictures of the package itself, showing any visible damage or discrepancies.

2.3. After opening the package, take clear pictures of the product, highlighting the issue or damage.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1. If your return is approved, you may be eligible for a refund or an exchange for the correct item.

3.2. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
